The Role: Electrical Maintenance Engineer Machinery List : Conveyor systems, Bagging Machines, Mixing tanks, Holding Hoppers, Drying Systems, Robots (Fanuc, ABB & Cougar), Pumps, Weighing systems, Kilns,Palletisers and control panels. Electrical Maintenance within a high speed concrete manufacturingplant. Breakdown maintenance,fault finding and repairing machinery. PPM Maintenance, servicing equipmentand replacing worncomponents. Installation work includes site enhancements,LV & 3 phase Equipment. Fault using PLC's (Allen Bradley), Multi-Meters and Schematic drawings. Entry requirements: Qualifications: City & Guilds, NVQ or BTEC Level 3 qualification in ElectricalEngineering, Maintenance or Installation, preferably through a recognised apprenticeship. Experience: 5 years minimum experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer ideally within the Heavy industry (Aggregates, Quarrying, Recycling) though not essential.
