About the Role
This is a term‑time role for 37.5 hours per week (equating to 0.86FTE), supporting high‑quality provision for our first nursery cohort. From September 2026, a second room for 2‑3 year olds will open. You will work closely with the Early Years Lead and our Reception team to create the best possible environment for our children.
Responsibilities
 * Foster curiosity, creativity and care in a safe, nurturing environment
 * Provide play‑based learning tailored to the needs and interests of 3–4 year olds
 * Plan provision and lead on assessment
 * Support speech, language and early communication through thoughtful adult interaction
 * Embed routines that support independence and confidence
 * Be a key adult for children in their crucial early years of development

 * Experience working with nursery‑aged children and understanding of the EYFS framework
 * Passion for early development and school readiness
