The role:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a range of needs Support students with EHCPs and additional learning needs Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals Monitor and track student progress, celebrating every achievement Create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with SEND students (or a strong interest in this area) Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable in their approach Has excellent communication and teamwork skills Is committed to inclusive education and high expectations for all learners
