Project Overview
I am launching an Australian minimalist lifestyle brand focused on functional swim gear. I need a technical designer to develop a Tech Pack for our flagship product: a dual-compartment "Wet/Dry" swim tote.

The Problem We Are Solving
Most swim bags are overly "athletic" (neon colors, mesh, multiple external pockets). Our customer is a busy mum who is taking her kids to swimming lessons each week. She needs a bag that transitions from the ocean pool to a cafe or office. We are solving the "soggy sandwich" problem - keeping wet gear isolated without compromising on a simple, sophisticated aesthetic.

The goal is a bag that looks like a high-end, minimalist everyday tote but contains a hidden, 100% waterproof "vault" at the base for wet swimwear and towels that's easy to care for and clean.

Scope of Work
I need a comprehensive, factory-ready Tech Pack (PDF/Excel) including:

Technical Flat Sketches: Front, back, side, base, and internal "cut-away" views showing the compartment separation.

Bill of Materials (BOM): Sourcing suggestions for recycled matte nylon (GRS certified), waterproof zippers (e.g., YKK AquaGuard), and leak-proof internal liners (TPU/PEVA).

Sustainability: Ensure the tech pack any recycled materials such as GRS Certified Recycled Nylon.

Construction Details: Instructions for heat-welded or taped seams for the wet compartment.

Measurements & Annotations: Precise dimensions, including "Wet Vault" height and strap drop.

Colorways: Initial palette mapping for 3-4 "Australian Earth/Salt" tones or even interchangeable colour designs think Frank Green.

Branding Placement: Exact measurements of where your logo (silicone patch, embroidery, or print) should sit.

The "Sand-Shed" Bottom: The wet compartment should use a non-stick lining so sand doesn't get trapped in the corners.

Oversized Zips: Instead of "hidden" tiny zips, use chunkier, exposed molded plastic zips (which won't corrode in salt air like metal might).

The Strap: Instead of a thin tote strap, use a heavy-duty cotton-webbing that feels comfortable against bare, sun-warmed skin.

Design Requirements
Style: Australian Minimalism (Clean lines, matte textures, earthy/muted tones).

Function: Hidden horizontal bottom-split for wet gear. No external mesh.

Sustainability: Priority on recycled ocean plastics and durable hardware.

The Ideal Candidate
Experience in Technical Soft Goods or Outdoor Performance Gear.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator for vector flats.

Understanding of waterproof construction (welding vs. stitching).

Bonus: Connections to ethical manufacturers in Vietnam or Portugal.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.

Mandatory skills: Adobe Illustrator, Product Development, Handbag Design, 3D Design, CAD, Fashion & Beauty, Product Design, Tech Pack
