About the role
Our placements last for 12 months, working across both design and construction teams, to offer the broadest exposure to the industry, working on real-world projects that make a difference in communities. It's a great chance to get involved with live projects while gaining experience relevant to your degree.
What you'll do
1. Collaborate with experienced mechanical engineers both on-site and in the office, gaining practical experience in mechanical systems and project implementation.
2. Engage in a variety of water and wastewater projects, from design and planning to installation and maintenance, ensuring systems operate efficiently and effectively.
3. Enhance your skills in mechanical design, system analysis, and problem-solving, preparing you for a successful career in mechanical engineering.
