Communications Executive Job Description: We're looking for a highly motivated communications professional to join our Corporate Affairs team in UKIA. Based in Newcastle, this role is pivotal to delivering Sage's communications strategy across the UKI - working closely with country leads and global stakeholders. As Communications Executive, you'll support both internal and external communications to drive colleague engagement and strengthen Sage's reputation as a trusted technology leader. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact campaigns, build leadership visibility and tell compelling stories that connect colleagues and customers to Sage's vision. What You'll Do: - Develop and deliver communication plans and campaigns aligned with Sage's brand, purpose, and priorities. - Create engaging content across formats-internal news, leadership updates, press releases, video production, social media, and more. - Support internal activations such as town halls, virtual events, and leadership sessions. - Partner with regional and global teams to coordinate messaging and ensure local relevance. - Engage with media and help shape Sage's external voice through storytelling and spokesperson support. - Track communications impact through metrics, feedback, and sentiment analysis. - Manage relationships with key stakeholders-including executives and external agencies. Key Responsibilities: What We're Looking For: - A natural communicator who loves writing and knows how to craft clear, compelling messages. - 3 years' relevant experience, ideally in a fast-paced or global environment. - Confident working with senior stakeholders and balancing multiple priorities. - Clear thinker with strong execution skills and attention to detail. - Passion for storytelling, innovation and connecting people to purpose. - Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to grow-training will be provided in some areas.
