Role: Healthcare Assistant / Care Assistant

Hours: 44 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts (days)

Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care needs.
* Support residents in a wide range of activities including arts and crafts, football, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.
* Help create a positive and engaging environment for residents.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Relevant health and social care qualification preferred but not mandatory.
* Completed Enhanced DBS check for Children and Adults.
* Passion for caring and ability to demonstrate values such as humility, accountability, achievement, passion, integrity.
