You will focus on servicing the Group level financial control and reporting requirements and work closely with the wider Finance team, as well as Finance Directors and Controllers across the Hiscox business units.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of high-quality Group consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial, statutory, and regulatory reporting to internal and external stakeholders, in compliance with IFRS and Solvency II regulations.
* Proactively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the Head of Finance Business Applications to implement changes within the function.
* Support a culture of continuous improvement using external insights and best practices.
* Participate actively in the Group Financial Control Team.
Skills/Qualifications/Experience required:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
* Strong technical and financial reporting knowledge, preferably within the insurance sector.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Strong control mindset and experience.
* Ability to quickly build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
* Experience in team engagement and morale building.
Reporting Relationships/Interactions:
* Reports to the Head of Finance Business Applications.
* Maintains professional relationships with the Finance Senior Leadership team.
