Senior Revit Technician - Manchester We are working with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy to appoint a Senior Revit Technician to join their Building Services team in Manchester. This is a well established business with a strong reputation for delivering high quality engineering solutions across a wide range of sectors. The Role - This is a key position within the MEP team, focused on the production and coordination of high quality Revit models and technical drawings across mechanical, electrical and public health systems. You will work closely with engineers and the wider design team to ensure designs are accurately modelled, fully coordinated and aligned with project requirements from concept through to delivery. Key responsibilities include Producing and coordinating detailed Revit MEP models and drawings Modelling building services systems including HVAC, pipework and plant layouts Working closely with engineers to develop accurate, buildable designs Coordinating models across disciplines and resolving clashes Maintaining BIM standards, templates and workflows Reviewing drawings and models to ensure quality and accuracy Mentoring and supporting junior technicians Contributing to project coordination meetings and model reviews Projects You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio including Commercial and mixed use developments Residential schemes Education and healthcare projects Industrial and infrastructure related developments About You Proven experience as a Revit Technician within a Building Services or MEP environment Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD Experience delivering projects across multiple sectors Good understanding of building services systems and construction processes Familiarity with BIM standards and collaborative working practices Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Confident communicator with a collaborative approach What’s on offer Competitive salary and benefits package 26 days annual leave, increasing with service, plus bank holidays A strong training and development culture Access to mentoring from experienced professionals Opportunity to work on varied and technically interesting projects Clear progression and long term career development
