A new opportunity for a residential valuations surveyor to be based in Liverpool. You will be joining an ambitious privately owned surveyingpany specialising in Residential Surveys. They are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic surveyors to join our expanding team.They believe in a team effort where everyone shares in the success of thepany. They work together closely as a team, supporting each other in developing expertise in residential surveying. You will deliver predominantly level 2 and level 3 home surveys in addition to valuation surveys.This is a unique opportunity open to ambitious AssocRICS or MRICS surveyors who want direct input into a successful future.

The successful candidate should have:
11. RICS membership (either AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS)
12. Minimum of 1 year post RICS qualification experience or a recent Sava Graduate
13. Currently VRS registered or meets the VRS criteria as a sponsored member.
14. Technical expertise in residential surveying
15. Proficient in MS Office
16. Experience using iPads and apps
17. Excellent organisational and prioritising ability
18. Strongmunication skills, both verbal and written
19. An ability to work to tight deadlines
20. Good attention to detail.
