As a Lead Solutions Analyst in Infrastructure Platforms Digital Workflows, you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical program delivery. Your deep understanding of applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Job responsibilities
1. Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility, working hand in hand with engineering and architecture
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects
3. Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure
4. Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives
5. Manage, mentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
6. Experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
7. Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platforms
8. Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights
9. Proven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions
10. Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects
11. Line management of a geographically distributed team
