Duties for the Bodyshop Advisor include:
13. Administer incoming insurance claims efficiently
14. Book customers in for estimates and vehicle repairs
15. Provide an exceptional customer service experience, handling enquiries promptly
16. Maintain detailed claim logs using bodyshop management systems
17. Liaise with customers, insurance companies, and repair technicians regarding repair progress
18. Manage vehicle movements in and out of the workshop
19. Respond to customer emails professionally in a timely manner
20. Take card payments for sales invoices
21. Proactively support colleagues and contribute to team success
22. Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by management
Candidate requirements for the Bodyshop Advisor role:
23. Proven experience as a Bodyshop Advisor or similar role within a bodyshop environment
24. Excellent customer service and communication skills
25. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
26. IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
27. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
28. Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
29. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a high workload
30. Full UK driving licence preferred
31. Good spoken and written English
