The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury to join us as Sales Consultant in our flagship Regent Street store. This is a part-time opportunity, working 15 hours per week.
As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalized selling approach, you will see the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial customer experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. Alongside this, you will assist the team with general store related tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers.
* Use a personalized selling approach to manage the customer journey from start to finish.
* Deliver sensorial experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
* Assist with general store tasks including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate confidence and a positive, can-do attitude.
* High level of personal grooming standards and a passion for luxury.
* Ability to work well in a team and adapt to business requirements with flexible working arrangements.
* Ability to achieve store and personal KPIs.
