This large offshore firm is looking for an experienced Banking & Finance lawyer to join a high-performing team at Senior Associate or Counsel level. You will advise on multi-jurisdictional matters, acting for major banks, financial institutions, and corporations on a wide range of work that might include acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, fund finance, and structured finance. You will manage transactions, playing a lead role in client interaction, and contributing fully to efforts to build the business.

Requirements
* Admitted in the UK, Ireland or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa).
* This role is expected to suit someone with at least 7 years’ PQE and experience of taking a lead role on transactions (All suitable applicants considered).
* You will have strong experience in general Banking & Finance work or specialist experience in structured/leveraged/fund finance and be excited to take on a more varied practice.
