Supply Teacher – Worcester
Are you a versatile and confident Supply Teacher looking for flexible work in Worcester?
Winner Education are working with a number of secondary schools in the Worcester area, seeking experienced and reliable teachers to deliver lessons across a range of subjects including English, Maths, and Science at Key Stages 3 and 4.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and adaptable lessons across English, Maths, and Science
* Support and motivate students of all abilities to achieve their potential
* Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
* Assess and monitor student progress
* Provide 1:1 or small group support where required
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
* Attend school meetings or briefings when required
Requirements:
* Experience teaching or covering lessons in a UK secondary school
* Good understanding of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
* Confident classroom and behaviour management
* Reliable, adaptable, and passionate about supporting student progress
* QTS is desirable but not essential
