Job Description
3. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of property facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
4. Diagnose and repair faults in building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
5. Coordinate with external contractors to oversee specialised maintenance tasks.
6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
7. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
8. Assist in the planning and implementation of property improvement projects.
9. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Maintenance Technician should have:
