The ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment, adapted to the child's needs. Responsibilities: Provide dedicated 2:1 support to a child with severe SEN needs. Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies. Use specialist approaches to support communication, sensory processing, and engagement. Assist in fostering independence and life skills development. Maintain a nurturing and structured environment for the child's well-being.
