What you will be doing
* Building strong relationships with clients and partners to deliver a consistently high level of service
* Communicating clearly, professionally, and promptly across all channels
* Maintaining accurate records and providing key updates to clients and partners
* Diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently and calmly
* Anticipating challenges and taking proactive steps to support customers before problems arise

Salary and benefits
* Salary of £25,000
* Hybrid working - Fridays from home
* 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
