About the Role
To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.
Our operation runs 24/7, offering a variety of shift patterns. We seek flexible workers who are willing to work late and on weekends, with some flexibility in shift scheduling.
As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team, assisting with training, communicating messages during team 'huddles', and ensuring colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays.
We will support your training across different areas and help develop your skills, providing opportunities for growth within retail.

You should be friendly, proactive, and eager to learn. You will work well with your team to achieve results, be a strong coach and motivator, and serve as a role model, ensuring excellent customer shopping experiences.
