Job title: Graduate Maritime Services Software Engineer
Location: Great Baddow (Essex)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements; however, for this role, you will be expected to attend your site 4-5 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
What you’ll be doing:
* As a Software Engineering Graduate within our Radar Team, you will create cutting-edge software for our hardware and be involved in the entire lifecycle of a product, from design and development to integration.
* Producing and maintaining a software design to meet a set of software requirements.
* Using a software design to produce a deliverable software solution.
* Testing a software solution to prove that it meets its design aims and requirements.
* Supporting a software solution to address reported defects and/or add new functionality.
* Developing and maintaining a good working knowledge of Maritime Services software processes.

The Radar team:
BAE Systems provides Radar products and support services to a diverse range of customers worldwide, including the Royal Navy. Joining the Radar team will provide you with significant exposure to the organization as you engage with engineering functions across the business, delivering radar capabilities and development. Qualification requirements
You need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software or a related STEM field.
