The Opportunity
We're looking for SEN Teachers with experience across EYFS to KS5, who can confidently support pupils with a range of additional needs. Our partner schools and provisions support children and young people with:
Autism (ASC)
Social, emotional & mental health (SEMH)
Severe or profound & multiple learning difficulties (SLD & PMLD)
Sensory processing needs (SPD)
Medical or physical disabilities
Complex communication or behavioural barriers
Moderate to severe cognitive delayYou'll be working with schools that specialise in nurturing pupils who need tailored approaches, smaller class sizes, hands-on learning and educators who lead with patience, adaptability and creativity.
Fresh roles come in daily, so flexibility, passion and range are highly valued.

Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you are:
A qualified teacher (QTS) - or unqualified with strong SEN teaching experience
Confident working with pupils who have complex and significant barriers to learning
Calm, empathetic, and adaptable in a variety of settings
Able to differentiate and personalise learning to meet individual needs
Ready to start immediately or very soonExperience in SEN is a clear advantage - but the right mindset, compassion and resilience are essential.
