Aspire People is actively recruiting experienced KS1 supply teachers for schools in and around Hinckley. With multiple roles available, we're building a reliable, flexible team of passionate educators to support our partner schools this September.
Whether you're looking for a part-time role to suit your schedule or something full-time, we want to hear from teachers who bring confidence, care, and consistency into the classroom.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years' experience teaching in Key Stage 1
Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and practices
Proven behaviour management skills
A friendly, professional, and approachable manner
Flexibility and confidence to adapt to different school settings
Requirements:
️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
️ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply for one)
Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willing to complete one before placement)
