Employee Relations Consultant - FTC until end of Oct 2026Advertising locationLeedsHours35Job descriptionReporting into the ER Team Leader, you’ll join a friendly and highly capable team of 6 ER Consultants based in our Leeds office. Together, we support line managers across the business on all aspects of employee relations - from conduct and capability, to grievances, absence management and everything in between.With 70–90 cases on your books at any one time, you’ll be comfortable juggling priorities, managing risk, and providing pragmatic, legally sound advice - all while keeping a cool head and a human touch.What you will be doing -* Providing first line assistance to line managers on ER issues* Managing high volume caseloads and keeping accurate records* Resolving complex issues in a practical and commercial manner* Identifying higher risk cases and flagging them to your manager in a timely manner* Using performance management metrics to spot trends and present data* Clear and concise communication* Working in a team and helping to create a culture of continuous improvementWho we are looking for -We are committed to responsible gambling, and we are looking for people who can support our ethos.
