Your new role
Reporting to themercial Manager, you will provide proactive administrative support within themercial Services Team, maintaining accurate sales records and assisting the team of 6 in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and process quotations, customer orders, acknowledgements, and updates
2. Ensure accuracy in sales orders, quotes, and purchase orders
3. Liaise with customers to resolve queries and gather missing information
4. Act as a key contact for customer enquiries and support the sales team
5. Coordinate with the factory and warehouses on lead times and deliveries
6. Handle customer queries andplaints professionally
7. Support themercial Manager with ad hoc administrative tasks
8. Uphold EHS and quality standards
What you'll need to succeed
9. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales administration or a similar role
10. Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
11. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
12. Confidentmunicator with strong interpersonal and telephone skills
13. Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive
14. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
