£22.00 per hour | 45 hours per week (Mon–Fri) Own tools and van required - CIS
About the Company
A long established and reputable building contractor operating across the Midlands, delivering high quality building and maintenance solutions for a wide range of commercial properties. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add skilled and reliable Groundworkers to their expanding team.
Role Overview
As a Groundworker, you will carry out a variety of external works across commercial sites, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will use a company provided tablet to log jobs, record time, and complete required documentation.
Key Responsibilities
•Fencing installation and repairs
•Slabbing and paving works
•Concrete works
•Ground reinstatement
•Working in line with all Health & Safety regulations
•Maintaining high standards of workmanship across all tasks
Requirements
•Proven experience in a similar groundworks or multi trade role
•Competent in all aspects of fencing, slabbing, concrete work, and reinstatement
•Physically capable of moving and handling heavy materials
•Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Strong problem solving and communication skills (desirable)
•Own van and tools
