Responsibilities:
The key focus is on delivering high quality people solutions, in support of the People Strategy, aligned to the business areas and firm business strategy.
Delivering on an annual cycle of key initiatives, as well as driving efficiencies by bringing together a strong HC knowledge base, and an innovative mindset.
Working with the wider People Operations team to gain broad understanding of the function and leading the team to deliver great results.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage Compensation & Benefits
* Chair the Remuneration Sub Committee
* Support in agreeing and driving forward the reward strategy
* Lead on Compensation including Annual Salary Review and implementation, and ad hoc compensation changes
* Manage Reporting and Analysis
* Manage Lifecycle Strategy/Policies
* Manage HC Systems
* Data protection
