We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in Middlewich. This is a temporary role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an exceptional customer service manor, and enjoys delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
· Creating customer quotes and handling pricing queries
· Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
· General administrative tasks (data entry, updating records, filing)
· Supporting the wider team with day-to-day customer service functions
Requirements:
· Must have previous customer service experience (office-based preferred)
· Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· Good attention to detail and organisational skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
· A proactive team player with a positive attitude
