We are currently looking for a Repairs Coordinator. You will be working in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role is mainly working from home with one day in the office which is a Thursday

09:00am - 17:00pm
Temp Contract - Ongoing
Pay rate - £14.30ph paye
Job Purpose
* To provide an efficient co-ordination service to the Responsive Repair Team, in the delivery of day to day and repairs.
* To effectively manage the end-to-end job delivery highlighting any delays or issues and proactively seek a resolution via the contractors and escalating where appropriate to the Repairs Delivery Officer. To be the point of contact for the business for contractor related chase ups and queries and process payments for all managed contracts
