<ul><li>Work across various hospital sites.</li><li>Covers shifts during periods of annual leave and staff absence.</li><li>Adapt to operational requirements as needed.</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Main duties</h3><ul><li>Maintain a safe and secure environment across Trust premises.</li><li>Conduct routine patrols of hospital wards, grounds, and external facilities.</li><li>Respond effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.</li><li>Monitor and operate CCTV systems in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.</li><li>Manage access control and assist with investigations when required.</li><li>Provide a visible and reassuring security presence for staff, patients, and visitors.</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service and support across all areas of the Trust.</li></ul><h3>Essential person specifications</h3><ul><li>A valid SIA Door Supervisor/Front Line Licence (Level 2).</li><li>A valid SIA Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) Licence (PSS).</li><li>Previous experience working within a security environment.</li><li>Proven customer facing experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>The ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.</li><li>Good observational, reporting, and problem solving skills.</li><li>The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Flexibility is essential, including the ability to
