Key Responsibilities
* Daily bank reconciliations of client and office accounts
* Managing arrears – sending reminders, liaising with Property Managers/landlords and updating records
* Preparing and issuing landlord statements
* Handling tenant deposits in line with government-approved deposit schemes
* Processing contractor invoices
* Ensuring accuracy of utility and council tax bills on behalf of clients
* Assisting with queries from contractors and landlords regarding payments
* Monitoring and investigating discrepancies
* Assisting with preparation of financial reports for management
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Responding to queries from landlords, tenants, and colleagues in a professional manner
* Assisting senior staff members with administration tasks when required
Skills & Experience
* Strong numeracy and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
