About the Role:

We're looking for a Graduate Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to be involved in a friendly and motivating working environment.
You will be part of our QA team, working within one of our multi-disciplined and highly collaborative product teams. Supporting the build, test and delivery of our solutions.
Within the team you will have responsibility for:
* Manually testing new features against acceptance criteria to ensure they have been met, as well as testing around the acceptance criteria to ensure the feature is robust and fit for purpose.
* Taking part in daily stand ups to provide progress updates, flag any issues or raise any questions relevant to your current tasks.
* Providing input into estimations and retrospectives to help improve the delivery team.
* Creating and completing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
* Raising and managing any defects or bugs identified during the test phase. Liaising with the appropriate developers to resolve defects in a timely manner.
* Supporting the resolution of Service Desk incidents and support queries directed to your product team.
Required Knowledge and Skills
* Understanding of agile software development principles
* Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Jira (Desirable)
* Ability to effectively communicate (Verbally & Written)
* A keen interest in the Financial Services Industry
