A leading global engineering and manufacturing company with a strong presence worldwide is seeking a senior Health and Safety professional to join its senior management team. The role will serve as a key driver of Health & Safety and Quality across the site, influencing business growth and maintaining HSE accreditations.
The successful candidate will report to the Site Manager, oversee Health & Safety operations, drive quality standards, and manage a small senior management team with one direct report.
The Role:
* Responsible for development and continuous improvement of all QHSE areas
* Maintain and achieve quality accreditations
* Promote a culture of Health & Safety across the business
* Work with Senior Management and support team development
The Person:
* Strong QHSE background and experience in a relevant industry
* Relevant qualifications and good knowledge of quality accreditations
* Proven leadership and team management skills
