The Role:

You’ll be a key member of the Industrial Disease team, managing your own caseload and delivering an exceptional client experience from initial instruction through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling your own caseload of industrial disease and personal injury claims.
2. Liaising with clients, medical experts, and third parties.
3. Drafting witness statements, legal documents, and correspondence.
4. Managing files through the firm’s case management system (LEAP).
5. Handling new enquiries efficiently and maintaining strong client relationships.
6. Taking full ownership of each case, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

About You:

You’ll be confident, self-sufficient, and experienced in managing a caseload of Personal Injury matters ideally within industrial disease.

Requirements:

7. Strong background in Personal Injury; industrial disease experience highly desirable.
8. Proven track record of running your own caseload independently.
9. Excellent communication, organisation, and client care skills.
10. Attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure.
11. Proficient with case management systems (LEAP experience advantageous).
12. A proactive, “can-do” attitude with commercial awareness.

Experience with asbestos and noise-induced hearing loss claims would be advantageous however, full training will be provided.
