Care Navigator / Administrator
Salary: £25,350 pa
Full-time - Permanent
Monday - Friday, 0900-1730
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our friendly team at Path House Medical Practice in the role of Care Navigator/Administrator. We are a busy GP Practice with a list size of over 17,200 patients. Our team includes 9 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, a long-term GP Locum, 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 2 Practice Nurses and a Health Care Assistant. They are supported by a highly experienced Administrative and Secretarial Team, which we are now looking to expand.
As the first point of contact within the Practice, the successful applicant must demonstrate a welcoming and professional manner. We are seeking someone who is forward thinking, highly motivated, and possesses excellent organisational and communication skills. You will play an essential role in delivering an efficient, high quality administrative and care navigation service to our patients, GPs, and wider clinical team.
