As Sales Manager, you will develop a commercial plan aligned with business objectives, outlining actions and strategies to position the hotel effectively. You will work closely with the General Manager, Sales Effectiveness Director, and Revenue team to continuously align strategies and tactics to retain and grow the business. Utilizing market intelligence, you will craft strategic plans to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
Based at the Holiday Inn Southend, you will be part of a passionate team that values quality over hours worked. Located next to London Southend Airport, the hotel features 129 modern bedrooms, conference and event facilities, and '1935', our rooftop restaurant and bar.
What do we need from you?
To succeed in this role, you should have experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the hospitality industry. You will be the commercial expert for the hotel, able to discuss business performance confidently and make informed decisions at a senior level. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with senior management and upskilling the team to maximize revenue opportunities.
