Experiencedor aspiring Team Leader requiredformaintenance atafamilyranmanufacturerattheirWrexhamsite,offeringcompetitivesalary,additionaltrainingandoutstandingjobsecurity.Youwillbejoiningadiverseteamofengineersfromvarioussectorsandbecomeavaluedmemberoftheengineeringteam.
TheRole
* Day to day lead and point of contact for all maintenance issues on behalf of the Engineering Manager
* Hands-on approach to ensure maximum efficiency during shift.
* Technical leadership, advice and support for all engineering levels on site.
TheCandidate
Essential:
* Industry recognised engineering qualification
* Experience within electrical or multiskilled electrical bias
* Proven track record of achieving improvements
* Strong influencing skills
* Be able to fault find in both electrical and mechanical
* Ability to diagnose circuit drawings
* Ability to drive continuous improvement performance whilst leading others
* Excellent communication skills; ability to liaise with varying stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
* Self- motivated and a good team player
* Ability to work under pressure and ability to make quick and accurate decisions
* Be flexible in approach to shift cover and over busy trading periods.
Desirable:
* Previous experience of supervising / managing a team in a FMCG environment
* Knowledge of CMMS
* Effluent treatment plants
* Legal Compliance
