Overview
We are seeking kind, caring and dedicated Social Workers to join our wonderful team
Main responsibilities:
* Daily Living Support
* Assisting with tasks like toileting, washing, cooking, cleaning and general personal care.
* Medication Management: Administering and recording medication as needed, working with healthcare professionals.
* Emotional and Social Support: Providing companionship, encouragement, and support to individuals, helping them maintain their health and well-being.Maintaining accurate records of support provided, progress made, and any concerns or changes.
* Encouraging and empowering individuals to maintain their independence and achieve their goals whilst remaining in their own homes.

* Record Keeping:
* Promoting Independence
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
* Empathy and resilience in dealing with challenging situations while maintaining professional boundaries.

Experience in social care work is desirable, but not essential, as full, paid training is provided.
