Our client is a leading company in their sector. They are a bespoke machinery manufacturer and a leading company in their market. They are also part of a rapidly growing group of companies. Due to fast growth they are looking for an experience Sales Manager with industrial automation experience to help build their sales division.
Role & Responsibilities:
Adopting a consultative sales approach to delivering complex engineering solutions
Leading the sales team by defining clear targets
Liaising with engineering and manufacturing departments to develop sales proposals
Developing and maintaining sales pipelines
Effectively utilising CRM software (Salesforce)
Develop and implement sales plans
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of industrial automation is highly desirable
Experience within a relevant manufacturing industry
Experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager or in a similar role
Having a solid engineering understanding in order to understand customer requirements
