Job Title: Mexicalo (Crew Member)
Location: Store-based
Reports to: Shift Leader / General Manager
Job Purpose:
To provide friendly and efficient service, prepare food to standard, and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare food according to the correct specifications and follow all food hygiene procedures.
* Greet and serve customers with energy and professionalism.
* Maintain high personal hygiene and wear the correct uniform at all times.
* Operate tills and accurately record and fulfil customer orders.
* Keep the restaurant clean, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.
* Report any issues or concerns to the Shift Leader.
* Follow all operational processes and checklists.
* Support team members and provide cover for absent colleagues when needed.
