Night Supervisor to manage and oversee the night team, ensuring they perform their duties to the highest standard. Ensure security and safety procedures are adhered to throughout the night shift. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, delivering exceptional service. Perform regular security checks to keep our hotel safe. Provide general support to hotel staff during the night shift. Assist with any maintenance or housekeeping tasks that arise. Set up meeting rooms and other areas as needed. Serve food and beverages to guests when required. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs as needed. Manage any emergency situations that occur. Prepare reports for senior management as require.
