Howco has invested in manufacturing and processing facilities on a global scale for many years, and confidently provides the entire spectrum of services from raw materials to finished parts.\n\nOur thorough understanding of both materials and their properties, combined with forty yearsâ experience of the demanding sectors we serve, ensures that everything we contribute is fit for purpose.\n\nTo serve an apprenticeship whilst receiving training / mentoring in order to maintain equipment both electrical and mechanical.\n\nâ¢\tMaintain and fix machinery within the company, also providing support for plant and equipment breakdowns. \nâ¢\tEnsure housekeeping standards are maintained to ensure a safe and clean working environment. \nâ¢\tMaintain 5S standards set by the company at all times\nâ¢\tAccuracy and attention to detail.\nâ¢\tGood communication skills.\nâ¢\tFlexible and adaptable to change. \nâ¢\tProblem solving.\nâ¢\tFollow and execute the training plan set by the company / college.\nâ¢\tAchieve milestones set by the company / college in a timely manner. Safe working practice & procedures\nSafe isolation & lockout procedures\nElectrical installation work to current IEE wiring regulations\nElectrical and mechanical fault finding on machine tools\nMachine tool & building maintenance (site PPM schedules)\nInterpretation of schematic and ladder drawings\nHydraulic & pneumatic systems with respect to machine tools\nPLC diagnostics \n Minimum of 3 Nat 4 or 5 including Math or Science.\nAny additional qualifications would be desirable\nAccuracy and attention to detail.\nGood communication skills.\nFlexible and adaptable to change.\nProblem solving
