Responsibilities:
1. Act as the account manager for a selected group of key client accounts.
2. Maintain client service tools for each client and liaise with the client service team.
3. Lead calls, identify arising actions, and ensure follow-through.
4. Identify cross-selling opportunities across departments and the firm.
5. Participate in client listening activities to gather feedback and ensure proper follow-up.
6. Attend client relationship meetings, provide insights, and train fee earners on client experience activities.
7. Conduct quarterly financial analyses of key client accounts and advise fee earners accordingly.
8. Monitor client investments to ensure ROI.
9. Collaborate with the wider Business Development team to develop compelling tenders for panel appointments.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment.
* Proven experience in client relationship management and business development.
* Ability to build relationships with fee earners across offices and with the marketing team.
Please Note: Due to sector-specific requirements, only candidates with experience in a law firm, accountancy firm, management consultancy, property/construction firm, financial services firm, or a relevant high-profile agency or association will be considered. Applications outside these areas will not be accepted.
