The client is an established organisation in the childcare sector, with a reputation for opening successful residential homes. They are expanding their services with the launch of their third home, continuing their mission to provide exceptional care and support to children.
As a Registered Manager, You Will
* Oversee the daily operations of the 3-bedroom residential home.
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards.
* Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff.
* Develop and implement care plans for the children.
* Maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
* Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively.

The Ideal Registered Manager Will
* Have 2 years experience working within children's residential at least 1 year at management.

* Have excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Have level 5 in leadership and management or be prepared to work towards it .
