We have an opportunity for an Investment Analyst, Securitised Debt. The role holder will undertake robust credit analysis on new purchases of Asset Backed Securitisation (ABS) products, mainly associated to Collateralise Loan Obligations (CLO’s). The IA’s provide analytical expertise, deal monitoring and collateral performance and the financial and investment management reporting related to ABS Investments. This role requires both detailed product knowledge of ABS, CLO’s and the ability to manage and assess considerable volumes of data to a high level of attention to detail as it involves reviews of commercial documents with legal In This Role You Will Provide detailed credit analysis and prepare submissions to Investment Forum in relation to new purchases. Ensure any fund movements are communicated to the appropriate portfolio managers, analysts and senior management. Manage the data collection of deal performance information and other monitoring data and research, this includes relationships with third-party data providers. Undertake asset performance reviews including identification of rating changes, movements in credit grades, loss expectation and ensuring cash flows are up to date. Provide assistance with trade booking, settlement and trade confirmations and queries relating to trade and cashflows from various stakeholders To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Solid understanding of Asset Backed Securitisation (ABS) is essential, with experience of Collateralise Loan Obligations (CLO’s) desirable Have a strong commercial awareness gained from working as an analyst based on well-developed quantitative and qualitative analysis skills and used to carrying out credit analysis and cash flow modelling is essential High level of communication skill to be able to conduct due diligence and legal document reviews to produce easily digestible reports and presentations is essential. Possess excellent stakeholder management skills, coupled with a professional confidence that engender the view of a ‘Trusted Partner’ across a varied internal and external audience is essential.
