Overview
Territory Manager Opportunity with Hidden Hearing. Hours: Full-time. Location: Scotland – covers Invernesshire, Aberdeenshire, Tayside, Perthshire, Edinburgh and Fife. Team: Your team will comprise Hearing Aid Audiologists, Ear Care Practitioners and Clinic Coordinators.
Role Details
Role focuses on leading, supporting and managing your area of the sales team to increase sales and drive the company forward. Requires experience in sales management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and dynamic environment.
* Basic Salary: £40,685k
* OTE Bonus: £8,000 (additional bonus available)

Responsibilities
* Spend 80% of your time working face to face with colleagues, supporting them to become the best they can be.
* Maximise individual and branch performance through observation, feedback, and coaching.
About You
* Proven sales and people management experience (ideally in a regulated, geographically dispersed retail or healthcare environment).
* Driven to achieve and maintain high levels of compliance.
* Process-driven with a consistent approach, able to influence and enforce behavioural change to deliver sales without compromising brand standards.
* Well-developed people management skills and a desire to get the best out of your team.
* Full UK driving license required.
