 
        A welcoming and nurturing primary school in Windsor is seeking a motivated and reliable 1:1 Teaching Assistant to become part of their dedicated team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, offering tailored assistance to a child in the Early Years setting. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Early Years, you’ll be instrumental in supporting a positive, stimulating, and caring environment where the child can flourish both academically and socially. Responsibilities: Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a child with additional needs, using a range of strategies to aid communication, interaction, and engagement. Implement personalised learning and behaviour support plans under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO. Encourage social interaction, independence, and confidence through tailored activities and positive reinforcement. Support the child’s sensory and emotional regulation needs to ensure a calm and productive learning environment. Collaborate closely with the teacher, SENCO, and external professionals to ensure consistent and effective support. Record observations and progress, feeding back regularly to teaching staff and parents to inform next steps. Requirements: ✔️ Previous experience supporting children with additional needs is highly desirable. ✔️ Genuine enthusiasm for helping children develop academically, socially, and emotionally. ✔️ Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. ✔️ Flexibility and a proactive, can-do attitude. ✔️ Possession of a DBS on the Update Service, or readiness to obtain one. ✔️Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
