Our client is a leading employer in the Aylesbury area. They have been experience an extended period of growth and are now looking to recruit a new Engineering Stores Assistant to manage and maintain the engineering inventory.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Managing and organizing inventory: Materials, parts, equipment
* Utilising the CMMS system for Stock Checks and Reports
* Receiving deliveries and operating the forklift and trucks
* Booking in and out inventory
* Managing returns and transportation
* Liaison with Engineering and Procurement
* Maintaining a tidy stores area
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Experience and understanding of Engineering
* Experience in a stores role
* Computer literate
* A forklift license would be beneficial
