We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Salaried GP to join a well-established, supportive GP practice in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking for a stable role with a strong clinical team, manageable workload and opportunities for professional development.
Job Type
* Salaried GP
* 4–8 sessions per week (flexible)
* Permanent position
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality clinical care through face-to-face, telephone and online consultations
* Manage long-term conditions alongside the nursing and PCN teams
* Support QOF, clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
* Contribute to MDT meetings and collaborative care planning
* Ensure safe prescribing and accurate clinical documentation
* Optional involvement in training and supervision of learners
* Engage in continuous professional development and clinical governance
