Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will ideally have a background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for babies and children, fostering their development through engaging activities and play-based learning.
Duties
* Plan and implement educational activities that promote the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of children.
* Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the nursery curriculum.
* Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to build strong relationships.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting.
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
* Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare.
* Experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is essential.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to create engaging learning experiences tailored to individual children's needs
