Benefits and Efficiencies Analyst - 32067
We are seeking two Benefits and Efficiencies Analysts to join the Transformation Portfolio Management Office (PMO) within the STA (Strategy, Transformation and Assurance) directorate. The PMO focuses on creating a centralised portfolio that drives change, transformation, and continuous improvement. You will analyse data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers across the portfolio, help set the standards for benefits and value management and embed them, and assist in identifying, valuing and validating project benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in change and transformation with development opportunities and strong support from the team.
Responsibilities
* Analyse data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers to set standards for benefits and value management and embed them.
* Identify, value and validate project benefits.
* Help teams identify, value and validate their project benefits.
* Support change, transformation, and continuous improvement across the business.
* Build and maintain dashboards or reporting tools and present insights to non-technical audiences.
Experience/skills Required
* Strong analytical skills with proven experience as a Benefits Analyst, Efficiencies Analyst, or Business Analyst.
* Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel).
* Ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and build constructive relationships.
* Clear communication skills to explain complex analysis simply and persuasively to non-technical audiences.
* Self-motivation and adaptability; comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
* Experience producing guidance, toolkits or frameworks to support colleagues.
* Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and actively encourage consideration of diversity in work.

The role is hybrid with an EA Office base location; as a national role, some travel may be required. We use smart tools to stay connected and some travel and overnights may be required.
